Snakes, Cigars, Spoons!
An irreverent send up of a stuffy old boys club. I played my own evil twin, smoked a cigar and fainted all while pulling out my most obnoxious RP accent. In this Monty Phyton-esc farce, I had a blast flying in absurdity rather than grounding in reality. Surrounded by the entire ensemble of BTE, my incredibly spontaneous cast mates really schooled me on how far an actor can go – and each week I felt a little braver playing the explorer Phyllida.
