Dogs, Music, Kids…And Some Ruby Chucks!
A classic coming of age story, with some updated twists! The Wizard of Oz is an ambitious undertaking for any theatre, and this was no exception. With the imaginative direction of Richie Combs-Canaday, our production took a simple magic approach that put us actors as the primary motor for the story telling. Playing Dorothy, this tale really did get to me time I landed back in Kansas among family and friends once more.
Press
“This is my favorite role of [Kauffman’s] work – she gives Dorothy a plainspoken spunkiness that keeps the whole production airborne and moving forward” – Press Enterprise
“Heading the cast is…Morgan McKenzie Kauffman as Dorothy, smoothly singing and dancing her way to Emerald City.” – Williamsport Sun-Gazette
